Essential Pilates  (Ess)-        matwork classes using essential series of exercises required before moving onto either intermediate, or advanced  series. ( 1  hour)
Intermediate Pilates (Int)-    matwork classes using Intermediate series of exercises required before moving onto advanced  series. ( 1  hour)
Pilates on the BOSU   -         matwork class using the BOSU (both sides up) http://bosu.com/, to further challenge core stability so you are able to take your practice to a deeper level.
Yoga I-      Hatha/Vinyasa yoga.     ( 1 to 1 1/2 hours)
Yoga II-    Ashtanga yoga. ( 1 1/2 hours)
