Restorative Yoga

 

 

Using the basic principles of Hatha Yoga ...A branch of yoga which uses asanas, breath, and meditation to achieve self-transformation and self-transcendence.  The translation of the two syllables in the word Hatha are ha meaning "sun" and tha meaning "moon." The reference to the sun and the moon relates to the balance of masculine aspects–active, hot, sun–and feminine aspects–receptive, cool, moon–within all of us.
